Doctorate's Degree

The doctoral program offers the highest specialized level of study for students.

Our higher education curriculum is based on the latest curricula and teaching techniques, where we emphasize the need for understanding, critical thinking and moving away from unnecessary memorization, and students acquire very specialized knowledge and a high ability to fully control the special skills that they will develop, discuss and defend at the peak of their educational achievements " i.e. in the doctoral dissertation ".
You can study a doctoral degree in all disciplines, and you can complete it by theoretical research, training and submitting a thesis, but a doctorate in Medical Sciences and engineering is the product of a lot of research inside laboratories, therefore the British College of Salford cannot award you a doctorate in these specialized sciences, because laboratory work or practical training, which are required by a doctorate in science, medicine and engineering, cannot be practiced in any way by distance learning.
A doctorate in law, arts or letters, can be obtained after years of experience, research and training, and these are the specialties that can be legally enrolled at this level of study.

The main condition for obtaining a doctoral degree is to submit and discuss a thesis consisting of 70 a page and discuss it for review and evaluation by the academic committee at the British College of Salford.
In some cases, previously published materials can replace the doctoral research work, in addition, we can ask the doctoral student to prepare reports consisting of 20 to 35 a page to complete the study remotely, and the period of study depends on the amount of effort that students put into conducting work and research in order to finish the doctoral dissertation.
After that, the doctoral thesis should be discussed by attendance or remotely via the internet in front of three members of the Academic Network at the British College of Salford as a minimum.
